Molly Horak
Buyer's Agent
Molly loves working with buyers and sellers. As a graphic artist Molly worked in Real Estate Marketing for years before getting her license. She knows how to market a home right! Molly's arts background gave her a well-trained eye. She sees things in a home that others often miss. Molly comes from a real estate family with three generations of Realtors on both sides, so this business runs in her blood!
A Columbia native, Molly attended Rock Bridge High School until she graduated in 2007 and started working at The Susan Horak Group. She left the company to pursue degrees in Drawing and Art History from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore Maryland. After she graduated in 2010 she moved back to Columbia. She once again became part of the team, maintaining the web, creating brochures, photographing homes, and designing ads for Susan.
Now Molly is a licensed agent working with buyers.
Molly also puts her arts background to work helping with interior design consultations, and renovations. Molly loves making the schematics, floorplans, and layouts that bring the customers vision to life! When you are working with a design consultant it is important to work with someone who has the skills to put your vision on paper in a clear and easily translatable way so the builder, painters, and carpenters know what the client truly wants.
