Adrian has been CEO at Camwood since June 2012 and has more than twenty years of IT industry experience, including senior roles with GE Capital IT Solutions and a range of high-level director roles for European IT powerhouse, Computacenter. During his time at Computacenter, Adrian led the company to win “Cisco Datacenter and Virtualisation Partner of the Year’ and two “Enterprise Partner of the Year’ awards. Adrian has a proven track record in providing strong leadership, achieving impressive top and bottom line growth and creating strong cultures in the workplace. Adrian is passionate about working at Rimo3 because he believes our solutions will help improve the way customers manage their application portfolios. He is married with twins and is an avid football and rugby fan.

Caryn has several years experience within the strategic alliances, partner management and strategic marketing areas of a large EMEA Telecommunications and IT organisation. Her role as Head of Product and Propositions is to define, develop and market business propositions for Rimo3’s software products. The role focuses on clear messaging, lead generation and the identification of commercial opportunities. Her goal is to help build a strong brand and products, which add business value to end customers. Caryn is most passionate about the people she works with at Rimo3 – they are enthusiastic and driven to succeed in providing a top class software solutions and exceptional customer service. Caryn enjoys getting involved in most sporting activities and although Kevin has tried to convert her to snowboarding, she remains an avid skier.

Kevin has over 15 years experience in the enterprise software technology industry. Kevin joined Camwood to head up their software engineering team and has developed ground-breaking software technology to augment Camwood’s services. Specialising in software development, digital electronics and mathematics, Kevin is a technology entrepreneur at heart. He has built and managed development teams in multiple countries and developed award- winning products. Kevin is excited about working for Rimo3 and believes the business is in an incredibly exciting space. He is passionate about helping customers deal with complex, disparate and costly business processes in and around application portfolio management. Kevin is a keen cricketer and enjoys snowboarding and playing golf and squash.

Olivia has extensive experience in technical delivery and business processes working for leading multinational organisations. Before joining Camwood in 2011 as a Solutions Architect in the application and data migration space, she worked for Hewlett Packard as an IT Consultant in the application lifecycle management area. Her role as Business Development Manager at Rimo3 involves supporting the growth of software by providing internal support to the development, marketing and sales teams. Whilst being a key point of contact for customers, Olivia is also particularly skilled at process improvement and innovation. She is enthusiastic about working in a new software start up company and is looking forward to the adventure.
