Barbara came to RPA in 2014 with over 25 years of property management experience. Within Barbara's business career, she has focused primarily on retail and office properties. Barbara is currently overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties in the greater Seattle area. Barbara holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Washington and is also a member of the Belltown Business Association . Barbara is married, with a family of four and is a lifelong resident of Lake Forest Park.

Carol joined the RPA Property Management team in 2012 as the Director of Accounting. Her primary role is to function as the Head Bookkeeper and to oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable aspects of the department. Carol supervises a team of two to ensure that rents are deposited, invoices are paid, and owner statements are delivered on timely manner.

Carol has over six years of professional real estate accounting experience. She holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and a B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in HR, and is working on her B.S. in Accounting.

Outside of the work environment, Carol's enjoys exploring Washington, is an avid foodie, listening to music, volunteering, and when she’s stuck at home she is curled up with a good book. She believes in hard work and mentorship to continue to succeed at any endeavor in life.

Cathy joined the RPA Property Management team in 2013. She is responsible for coordinating work orders, billing and receivables for our maintenance department. Cathy works closely with our maintenance technicians and helps ensure that the work gets done timely and professionally.

Debbie joined RPA in 2004. Since 2006, Debbie has worked as a full time Property Manager, showing properties, overseeing all facets of tenant leases, owner/tenant communications and property maintenance.
Debbie Snider was born in Independence, Missouri and raised in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. She coaches girl’s softball and plays golf. Before coming to RPA, Debbie worked 15 years in the Tour and Travel Industry, five years in Retail Jewelry Sales, and two years in Flooring Sales.

Heidi decided to re-enter the property management profession by joining Real Property Associates at the beginning of 2012. Heidi enjoyed being a property manager while previously employed with Harbor Homes and wanted to bring her past experience in both property management and real estate services to RPA. She is very excited to bring her exceptional level of service and client commitment to her growing number of property management clients with RPA.

Jay partnered with Gordon to start Real Property Associates with the goal of providing excellent brokerage and property management services. Their original office was in Edmonds until they expanded their business and moved to Seattle in 1996.

Morgan oversee's RPA's maintenance department and is responsible for the scheduling of all repairs and work orders. Morgan responds quickly to voicemail and email and works hard to ensure that all repairs are performed timely and professionally.

Shelby joined RPA in 2014 as a leasing agent and assistant Property Manager. Shelby was born and raised in Enumclaw, Wa. She is a recent graduate from the University of Washington, and holds her Bachelor’s degree in Communication, with a Sales Certificate. When she is not showing properties, Shelby enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and hanging out with her friends and family.
