Heather is the certified CTA here at Premier Family Chiropractic. She’s originally from Lakeland, FL and has a degree in Public Relations. When she’s not helping patients live pain free, she loves going to the gym, photography, playing volleyball, spending quality time with her nieces and nephews, and traveling. Even though she’s been skydiving, runs 5Ks, and hikes, she also loves to read and thoroughly enjoys getting lost in a good book.

Our Office Manager Jodi keeps everything running smoothly at Premier Family Chiropractic. She has a degree in Business Management and Marketing, and when she’s not monitoring the day to day at PFC, you can find her spending time with her husband and three year old son, or any one of her fur babies (family pets). Some of her other hobbies include participating in Mud Runs, maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle through working out and the occasional snowboarding trip, as well as entertaining her friends and family. Jodi’s favorite part about her job is getting to see the positive impact chiropractic care has had on the lives of countless patients she’s come to know throughout her time here at PFC.

KateLynn received her certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2009 from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy. Specializing in deep tissue and prenatal massage, she’s been with PFC since September of 2014. When the sun is out, you can find KateLynn outdoors swimming, mountain biking, or hiking. She also likes to read, stay healthy by lifting weights, and spend time with her cats watching Netflix and enjoying a glass of red wine.

Kristin is the expert on all things insurance and billing here at PFC. She’s a West Coast girl whose favorite part about Premier Family Chiropractic is the peaceful environment she gets to work in every day. When she’s not at the office, you can find Kristin spending time with her family, enjoying the great outdoors, and traveling. She loves all kinds of dogs and would have ten if her husband didn’t protest!

Taylor handles the marketing in our office. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing, and is a Nashville native (rare, we know!). His blood runs ‘Tennessee Orange’ so he loves watching UT play football and basketball, and you can find him at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville at least one Saturday every season. He also enjoys traveling to new and exotic places, playing golf, snow skiing, and scuba diving.
