New England Appraisers Association

New England Appraisers Association is comprised of 300 members who are personal property appraisers, antique dealers, art gallery owners, and those who provide art and silver restoration. While our name implies a regional membership we are international in scope with members in France, England, South Africa, and Australia.
Our appraisals follow and are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The association has developed a rigorous educational program which enables participants to further their careers in personal property appraising. The Association also publishes and distributes a quarterly newsletter "The Appraisal Standard" which informs members of important changes in the appraisal profession, interesting articles of interest to members, and helps in the establishment of a writing standard for the New England Appraisers Association. Your application for membership in the association is welcome or we will strive to have one of our members help you with your appraisal needs. Our "links" page has been developed for research by collectors, and appraisers alike, we welcome its use and development. We appraise antiques, art, collectibles, business equipment, restaurant equipment, and construction equipment.
