Introduction
I am an experienced bi-lingual French/English tutor located in the Chicago Loop. I launched my website in 2009 to provide an alternative to learning French in the classroom through private, one-on-one instruction, designed to focus on a student's individual goals and needs. I am dedicated to increasing awareness of the language and culture while maintaining high standards of excellence. Because I believe that French should be fun, students gain exposure to popular musical artists and their songs, as well as familiarity with French cinema. I also provide interesting editorial material for intermediate students and urge them to explore their writing talents.

I grew up in the best of both worlds, learning to speak both English and French as a child. I have tutored students in French since high school, majored in French Literature at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and worked as an interpreter and translator both in Paris and Chicago.
