When managing your property, not only will we be the main point of contact for your tenants to ensure any maintenance issues are being dealt with in a professional and timely manner by our trusted approved contractors who are on hand with their expertise to help ensure the tenancy runs smoothly. At the start of any tenancy, we ensure a comprehensive inventory is undertaken and arrange all necessary statutory compliance to keep you compliant and help protect your investment to all the points of legislation. We will also hold all the correct documentation for your property and include two property inspections each year.
