Ben was very considerate, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood all the details of the work he was doing. He also took his time to do quality work. I would recommend him to anyone.

We came back from a trip and didn't have anyway to get in because other people had our keys and didn't leave it under the door. We were pretty desperate. They came out really quickly and were able to get into the house in less than 10 minutes. They even offered to come back and replace the lock at cost with no extra fee. I thought they were really professional and reasonable. We were in a tough spot and they could have gouged us, but they didn't. I would highly recommend them.

Needed access to my apartment in a hurry - was locked out and had a large delivery of furniture en route.... Called these guys - they were very realistic about how long they would take to arrive, and the arrival time estimate was spot on. 3 minutes of mastery later and the door was open (literally 30 seconds before the first furniture delivery reached the top of the stairs!).In addition, the locksmith (can't remember his name......), offered to watch the furniture items down on the street for a couple of minutes while the rest was carried in.I wish all professionals were this good at what they do!
