Introduction
Living ADDventure (LADD), based in Kwa Zulu Natal provides ADHD training and support for Parents, Adults, Teens Educators, Medical Professionals and all those who live with or alongside ADHD.
We do ADHD Coaching and both for individuals and groups and run talks, workshops, seminars and conferences around South Africa.
Dave Pughe-Parry the founder of Living ADDventure was diagnosed with ADHD at 45 and Pat Pughe-Parry was diagnosed at the age of 51. ADHD is our passion.
We have developed a unique LADD ADHD Impairments Assessment to establish how ADHD prevents an individual from living a contented and productive life. A personally tailored ADHD Coaching Programme is developed for each person.

Dave Pughe-Parry
Founder and ADHD Coach
Dave Born in Pietermaritzburg, Dave is the eldest of 3 siblings. Dave was the ultimate ADHD rebel child, completing his schooling in Joburg in 1971 - much to the relief of his teachers.
Two years in the army, one as an officer gave him some much needed structure.
He is a proud father of 2. Rhys who is married to Michelle and they have 3 gorgeous daughters. Sarah his daughter lives in Cape Town and is passionate about helping people.
Dave started work as a news photographer for local and international papers, then moved into advertising, multi-media large scale productions, and corporate training. Typically, his pre-ADHD business life was characterized by spectacular successes and failures.
Only diagnosed in his 40s with AD/HD, he set about finding out how to manage his ADHD. He set up weekly Support groups and quickly realised that coaching – new at the time - offered excellent results. He then formed Living ADDventure™ offering coaching services to adults with the condition.
Dave is highly imaginative and creative, loves technology and gadgets and new concepts and ideas. He loves to share his passion and does this via his talks on radio and live talks, workshops and courses throughout South Africa.
All of the coaching and training material used by LADD has been developed by Dave over a number of years. He is much in demand as a Speaker and Coach.

Pat Pughe-Parry

Pat the 2nd youngest of 7 children grew up in Durban initially qualified as a medical technologist and over the past 35 years has enjoyed 12 very different careers.
These include medical, veterinary and textile technology, managing a political party office, low cost housing projects, finance and human resource management, co-owning a family IT Software Development and Training company, consultancy work, property management and tourist guide.
It was only when Pat met Dave Pughe-Parry in 2006 that she heard the term ADHD and suddenly the light bulbs popped on.
After devoting a year to following the LADD ADHD Coaching Programme Pat decided to become Dave's business partner and shortly thereafter his wife.
Together they have devoted their lives to helping those live with and alongside ADHD.
Helping people reach their potential is Pat's passion. A secondary passion is technology and in 2010 Pat decided to teach herself web design and is now responsible for the LADD website.

Pat is the mother of 2 sons, Marc who is married to Paula and they have 3 children and Kevin who is married to Aleks in addition to enjoying the role of step mom and grandparent to Dave's son and daughter and their families.
