In Motion Physical Therapy is a team of experienced physical rehabilitation therapists who provide service in our clinic or through home health service. Dale Blake
Physical Therapist
Bevan has been practicing physical therapist for over 12 years and holds a Doctorate degree in physical therapy. He graduated from BYU with a Bachelors degree in 1998. In 2001 he completed a Masters degree in physical therapy from the University of Utah. While he continued to work full time building his practice, Bevan returned to the University of Utah for his Doctorate degree which was awarded in 2007.
Bevan has created an outpatient and home health practice that covers the greater Salt Lake area. His practice also includes inpatient hospital clinical treatment. His specialties are in rehabilitate from orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular impairments and post surgery recovery.
In February of 2009, Bevan founded In Motion Physical Therapy.
He loves to cook on the grill, snow ski, ride ATVs, garden and spending time with his family.
He and his wife Kristen have 4 children and live in Sandy, Utah.
