Ever found yourself driving along only to realise you don't really recall the last 10 minutes or so? This is a form of hypnosis. Everyone does Hypnosis easily and in their own way. It's unique - just like we all are!
What can Hypnotherapy/Hypnosis do for you?
Our subconscious mind is incredibly powerful. After all, as you are reading this, is it controlling your breathing, regulating your heart rate and blood pressure and a million other things you aren't conscious about.
All the events of our lives are stored in our subconscious mind. All of the feelings, emotions, sights, sounds and smells. ALL of them. And not in any particular logical order. The subconscious mind has no logic, it has no need for it. Unlike the conscious mind, which does enjoy logic!
Sometimes some of these feelings, images, memories, beliefs that are stored in the subconscious mind are a bit outdated. Just like a computer running an old program...it still works, just no where near as efficiently or effectively as it used to. And sometimes it is just not working for us at all anymore.
This is where Hypnosis helps. By communicating with the subconscious mind, things can be changed on a subconscious level, bringing about change on a conscious level. And once change has occurred, change continues to occur in other areas of your life too.
