Each of our client will be under held on the following extensive treatment plan such as:
- individual therapy
- small support groups
- cognitive behavioral therapy (coping skills)
- holistic healing (mind, body, spirit)
- 2-Step principles and relapse prevention.
Aside from all these, we also provide optional stress reduction techniques such as: yoga, mindfulness meditation, massage therapy, acupuncture, Reiki, beach walks, organic gardening and assisting our personal professional in-house chef.
Our optional life skills coaching includes: personal finance education, employment, community, and education resources, resume building, etc. We understand that every client and family is different.
