Face Value is a family run business and have been trading for over 12 years now. We stock a wide range of accessories but mainly specialize in Mobile, Console & Laptop Repairs.

Most repairs are carried out usually within 24-48hrs (Depending on parts availability).

We have business premises in Newtownabbey and are based in the Valley Business Centre. This is easy to find and just minutes from the sandyknowes roundabout with lots of on site parking available for customers.

Although iPhones are the most commonly repaired devices at Face Value we do repair other handsets and devices including Consoles & Laptops. Our local technicians have the expertise to tackle any problems you may be experiencing with your iPhone, smartphone, Laptop or Console. With all the best equipment at hand we can carry out fully guaranteed, cost effective repairs using only top quality Grade A or genuine replacement parts. **WARNING**
If you are leaving your Phone or console in to get repaired, do not just go for the cheapest price quoted to you by similar stores elsewhere. There is a huge difference in the quality of screens/parts available. We at Face Value only use genuine or high quality Grade A parts and experienced engineers to do the work so before you decide where to leave your device in for repair, do some research, if the company you are going to use does not have a website/Facebook page or can't be found online then my advise is to think again. If you are planning to use someone you found at a Market Stall or boot sale, think again. Are they likely to be there when you return to collect your phone?. Some will, some won't. Can you take that risk with your high end, costly device. Search on google or go with friends recommendations. This is a great way to indicate who is experienced in repairs or unlocking of Phones.

If you decide to leave your device in with us for repair please make sure it is well backed up with iTunes or other backup software just in case we need to reset the phone for any reason. its better to be safe than sorry.

We will soon be offering a repair status checker- this means when you drop your device of with us for repair that you can keep tabs on the repair via our web site. We send you a link and you can check it when you require an update. We also usually send a courtesy text message when your repair is complete and ready for collection from our store.
