Dignity Pet Crematorium

Thank you so much. A distressing day but knowing Purdey was cared for with love and respect helped. I have been here before and will again, but hopefully in many years. Again, thank you for providing such a service, it makes a big difference.

Dignity could not have been kinder. The vet sent the wrong dog to Dignity and I found out my boy was heading for landfill in a rubbish van. Kevin sorted everything, he found Benny in time and brought him back to have the send off he deserved. Dignity did so much for me, helped me a lot. It's a hard enough time, losing a best friend and member of the family but these people are just the best. Would not entrust an animal to anyone else. Thank you, all of you, at Dignity, for showing love, care and respect ... to us all. You are truly exceptional xxx

A genuine, caring service. The people at Dignity understand how it feels to lose a beloved pet and they go out of their way to be helpful and to treat you and your pet with dignity. We have (sadly) been to them ten times over the last 7 years and have never had anything other than excellent service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The wonderful staff at Dignity have cared for 3 of my beautiful dogs, Pericles, Prospero and Snug, from 2002 to 2012. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff treat our pets with compassion, dignity and respect. We put our beloved pets in their care and trust the stff at Dignity to look after them on their final journey. They never let us down. They treat our pets with as much care as we would expect for any other human member of our family. They care for us too during this time of intense loss and mourning. It is an outstanding service. I live 50 miles away. I make the journey because I know how much they care. It is more than a job to them.

The fabulous staff at Dignity have looked after three of my beloved dogs-Pericles, Prospero & Snug- between 2002 to 2012. The service is outstanding. It is comforting to know that your pet dies it is treated with the same care, sincerity and professionalism as you would expect for any other member of your human family. We hand our beautiful pets over to the staff at Dignity where all animals, whether big or small, are treated with respect and are cremated in a dignified manner. They care for us too and help us through this intense period of loss. I can't praise them enough.

I lost my beautiful working cocker Barney last September 2012. I rescued him aged 2 and he lived a happy life for the next 10 years in his forever home in the company of my other dogs who were his best friends, and me. I found Dignity via a leaflet at Barney's vet specialists and contacted them long in advance so I could be prepared for the day I would have to say goodbye to him. They were the kindest people you could wish to speak with, and were very clear with explaining the services they could offer. When Barney's final day came, I drove him the 40 miles to their beautiful crematorium in Hook where the staff dealt with me and Barney with the utmost care, respect and dignity. My heart was breaking inside but they made my farewell to him easier to bear as they genuinely have an understanding of how we feel when we lose a beloved member of our family. I really felt Barney had a special send-off and I was able to collect Barney's ashes the same day and bring him back home. As a result, I will never forget their kindness and will use their services again when the time comes. I would highly recommend Dignity to anyone who wants to ensure their treasured pet will be cared for in the same way they would like to be treated themselves.

We have used Dignity 3 times now and would never use anywhere else. We lost our beloved 'Jack' a year ago and the staff at Dignity showed him so much care and respect. We had an attended cremation with our darling boy and arranged to have his ashes back the same day, 4 hours and Jack was ready to come home with us. I would never take any of my pets anywhere else. The whole team took time with us as a family and treated Jack with love and respect that he so rightfully deserved. My heart felt thanks to all

When you need to say goodbye to a faithful for legged friend Dignity is the only way to go. True to their name they treat you and your pet with dignity and respect. We can only say a great big thank you to them for making this sad time just a little easier by making us feel that we were special. Being allowed to bury the ashes in their lovely woodland left us with image of our little dog playing with all the other pets.

We used Dignity in 2011 when we had to say goodbye to our beautiful GSD Bali. We were heartbroken and knowing that she was taken care of with such respect was a great comfort. She was collected on the Saturday and her ashes back with us on the Tuesday. I would not hesitate to recommend Dignity to anyone who sadly has to say goodbye to a loved and cherished pet. We will definitely use Dignity in the future when the time comes for our other three dogs.

At home, I have five little caskets. All of them what is left of my beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. As an Undertaker myself, I was kindly invited to an open day at "Dignity" Pet Crematorium. What I saw there, put to shame what happens to a human at a Crematorium. Every pet is taken care of in the most respectful way possible, the charging at the cremator is possibly one of the most moving things I have seen for a long time. So, it is with pride that I say the five little caskets and contents have been treated just as I would have treated my pets myself. As a Funeral Director, I cannot recommend Kevin and his team highly enough.
