Australian owned and operated, Boating 4x4 Camping is the only registered 4WD tour operator in the Bundaberg region. We operate guided 4wd passenger tours and tag along tours around the Wide Bay, Burnett and Capricorn regions. We offer a variety of different tour types including half day tours, full day tours, overnight camping tours, group tours and corporate tours.
We are authorised to operate in over 20 National Parks within a 4 hour radius of Bundaberg including Burrum Coast National Park, Byfield National Park, Deepwater National Park, Eurimbula National Park and many more beautiful areas. We also offer local attraction passenger tours for those who want to see more of what Bundaberg has to offer such as the famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Brewed Drink's Bundy Barrel, the Botanical Gardens and the Alexandra Zoo.
We also offer a full private charter service, are you tired of other tours where it seems you're getting back on the bus to the next stop before you've even had a chance to enjoy the place you're at? On our tours, you will visit "out-of-the-way" places, savour the sights, sounds and scents of subtropical rainforests, coastal bushlands, endless beaches and crystal clear creeks, view spectacular scenery and seek out unique Australian wildlife.
Your tour is limited to 2-4 people in a modern, luxury, air conditioned 4WD Jeep Grand Cherokee, and our accredited driver guide is an experienced and passionate offroader.
You'll get a scrumptious morning or afternoon tea on the half day tours, and a tasty Aussie BBQ lunch on the full day tours
We want your sightseeing tour to be fun, personalised and great value for money, and strive to provide the highest quality service with the best value and informative tours.
You’ll be picked up and returned to your accommodation, including private homes, anywhere in the Bundaberg region. (pick ups from other areas can be organised by prior arrangement)
All you need is comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and a jacket in the cooler months, a bottle of water and most importantly, don't forget your camera!
