Owner / General Manager
Roland Semaan has an array of hospitality experience, from Restaurant Manager at the Intercontinental Hotel in Beirut, Lebanon, to Great Performances, an exclusive NYC catering and café management company, to Steve Hanson's prominent B.R. Guest Restaurant Group, including Atlantic Grill and Blue Water Grill. He Studied in Switzerland at one of the best Hotel Schools CESAR RITZ and continued his education at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.
